You might remember the Vermont retreat I shared a few months ago that was intended to be held this month. Plans changed and the owners of the retreat space decided to pause the use of their space in 2026, so we had to go back to the drawing board. When we did, I knew exactly where I wanted the retreat to take place, Woodstock.

Many (let’s be honest most) of the transformative practices that have become a part of my daily life in Woodstock are with the women who will be guiding and teaching this Vermont retreat. It has been my dream to share their gift with you.

Before the Bloom is an intimate retreat, bringing participants together through somatic movement practices, creative exploration, nature connection, and community building, designed to reset the nervous system and nurture both body and mind. Through guided practices in yoga, breath work, somatic movement, sound baths, creative workshops, knitting, forest walks, fireside chats, and nourishing farm-to-table food, the retreat is an opportunity to wind down, open up, and tune in to find your rhythm as winter turns to spring.

You can see all the details about the retreat here.

Registration opens today, January 12, at 12pm Eastern.
