Over the last year (or more) of planning travel, whether for my family, myself, or my friends, I’ve noticed how challenging it is to discern genuine recommendations and reviews from paid placements and sponsored content. As someone who doesn’t want to use social media or AI, the internet has become increasingly difficult to sift through when booking travel. For the last few months I’ve been trying to figure out how to “fix” that problem.

My solution is The New England Guide, a one stop destination newsletter for travel reviews, recommendations, itineraries and ideas, created entirely by humans.

I love planning travel, and it brings me so much joy to share travel recommendations and ideas with friends and family. I wanted to create a place that helps people navigate and discover new (or familiar) destinations knowing that those recommendations are honest, trustworthy and human tested.

With a focus on sustainability, good food, small businesses, the outdoors, and hidden gems, The New England Guide is a place to help you discover the places actually worth experiencing. I’m so excited to share the places I love most, and the discoveries I make along the way. The New England Guide is currently completely free for all. You can sign up here!
